Complaints

In the email, please provide us following information:

  • Order number / Invoice number
  • Serial number of your purchased product (the first 6 letters on a white tag printed with "QC passed")
  • Attach 3 to 5 images including close-up and panorama shooting of the product
  • Describe faults in detail
  • After receiving the information, we will appraise the faults. If the faults belong to the factory, we will let it fixed as soon as possible. Costs incurred shall be paid by Sofacompany Vietnam.

There are some cases which are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear-and-tear
  • Improper usage
  • Velour fabric may change color depending on nearby light. This is not a fault but the nature of the fabric.
  • Velour fabric color may be faded due to direct contact with sunlight regularly.
  • Stains from food and drink containing colorings
  • Please note that claims should be within the time of warranty.
